1. General Terms
All sales made by Aeroprime Tools LLC (“Aeroprime Tools,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By placing an order, the customer (“Buyer”) agrees to these terms in full. No other terms or conditions shall apply unless expressly agreed to in writing by an authorized representative of Aeroprime Tools LLC.

2. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order via approved credit card or wire transfer.
  • Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been received and verified.
  • Net 30 terms subject to credit approval.

3. Minimum Order Policy

  • All orders must meet a minimum product value of $50.00 USD, excluding taxes and shipping charges.
  • Orders below this amount may be subject to cancellation or adjustment.

4. Freight Terms

  • All shipments are made FOB Origin – Doral, Florida, unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Buyer is responsible for all freight, shipping, handling, and insurance costs.
  • Shipments are typically made via UPS, DHL, FedEx, or approved carriers.

5. Delivery

  • Estimated delivery dates are for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
  • Aeroprime Tools LLC shall not be liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, strikes, acts of God, or other events beyond our control.

6. Warranty

  • Aeroprime Tools LLC provides a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
  • This warranty covers only defects under normal use and does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, alteration, or normal wear and tear.
  • Aeroprime Tools LLC reserves the right to inspect and determine whether a product is defective.
  • No other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided.

7. Claims and Returns

  • All claims for shortages, damages, or defective products must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receipt.
  • Returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Returned items must be unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a verified defect or error by Aeroprime Tools LLC.

8. Special Orders

  • Special-order or custom-made items are non-returnable and require a 50% deposit upon placing the order.
  • Balance of payment will be made once the order is ready to ship. Once production has begun, no changes or cancellations will be accepted.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Aeroprime Tools LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in Miami-Dade County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration organization. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgement on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
